I am like many people. I am in this constant battle to stay at a reasonable weight. I try to watch what I eat, but what can I say? Good food is one of my weaknesses. Exercise is good, but with two young kids, it is hard to be consistent. I’m hanging in there though. I am always trying something new in order to keep slim, but it is hard to know which method might work and which method is a waste of time. I read about healthy trim reviews, so I am hopeful that I will win this life long battle with my weight.
