A healthy smoothie diet is basically a delicious low calorie natural diet in which you substitute your regular meals with a fruit or vegetable smoothies. If you want to lose weight the try smoothie diet, it’s healthy, delicious and all-natural. All you need to do is mixed whatever fruits and veggies you have in your fridge and put them together in a blender. I didn’t keep track of how much weight I lose because I am not consistent with my smoothie diet. Well, you should try this, it’s fruity delish.
