Looking Back of My Deca Home

Selling a house is equally stressful as buying it. There is many responsibility and obligations that goes with it when you sell a house. You have to be prepared of what you will be giving up in selling the house and how much returns you will get in investing it. I’ve been to this situation when I was selling my house and the agent I was with is not helping because she wanted to make more money out of the house. All I want to do was get rid of the house and atop paying monthly mortgages so I was willing to take whatever prices a buyer had in their pocket. Unfortunately, since I had no experience in real estate and my supposed to be agent was not helping me, I was forced to leave the house behind until I got noticed of eviction. Well, having a trusted and reliable realtor agent would help a lot when you sell a house as they know everything about real estate.

I don’t usually regret on every impulsive decision i have had in my entire life but after I gave up the house i realize how stupid I was for wasting my money. I paid the equity in full amount and i’ve been paying the monthly mortgage of 5,600 pesos and that was a big amount of money already. I even had some part of the house improve and added. Right now my brother, and cousins have their own duplex house at deca homes. Sometimes, I just can’t help thinking about my life back then. My life here is kind of boring, too simple, tiring, full of uncertainties. Only one thing certain my children but i am anxious of what my future will be. I don’t have job and don’t have a clue of what job im gonna apply in the future. I had so much fun memories in this house including the problem which was mostly financially. Once in a while it feels okay to reminisce thos good ol days and look back at your past from fun, to challenging including the mistake and problem.

MLM | 3 Going On 30 or 40?

Oh boy it’s been ages since I joined this meme Memory Lane. Since i kind of back in blogging again might as well start getting back to those meme that I missed.

This week, I want to share latest photo and updates about my bundles of joy. As you all know my lil buckaroo in now in pre-k at greenfield school. We’re lucky he got accepted. The first day of school was sort of a okay day to him which we thought he might be fine in school when we took to school that morning. But then the first week did not turned out really fun at all. The first week was kind of rough for him. He wanted us or Justine to stayed with him in school. The teacher was really great. The second week came out alright. He complained in the morning about not wanting to go to school and yet still went and not crying after we left. That was a good thing. Today is holiday and I look forward for this week to be alright as in a-okay.

My 3 year old going on 30 lil Miss as usual still cracking me up with her funny and witty talk. She’s not complaining getting up early in the morning and actually enjoying it when we take Jake to school She sometimes claim that Jake’s classmate are her friends too even if she’s hiding behind me when she sees them. One time she took a cookie at school. The kids have this locker and drawer where all their stuff deposited. Justine spotted the snack pack at Jake’s drawer and took it. She is very funny that sometimes this girl is like 30 years old. I stayed home all day 24/7 and yet it seems like i missed something because they just grew so fast. So, if you’re a mom or a day, spend and enjoy tons of time with your lil ones because they do grow so fast.

Memory Lane Monday | College Life

Better late than never. Monday is no doubt the manic day of the week and sometimes we forgot some other things especially in blogging as it is the least of our priorities. Family has to come first. Anyway, I am late and I’m still posting my entry for Monday meme. The theme for this week is about college life. I asked my sister to look for some old photos back home and glad she was online.

Camiguin Trip - Cagayan De Oro College

I have a few photos in College. I spent my first semester in University of Cebu taking computer science as my first choice course. I got lonely and decided to transferred to Cagayan De Oro College and switched to Bachelor in Elementary Education. The picture above was one of the field trips that i only experienced in COC. I spent my first and second year in college at COC with some of my high school friends. That was the main reason though why I transferred to Cagayan De Oro College as I never had friends in Cebu City plus the I find most of the people there unfriendly. That was my first impression but eventually I found new friends when I transferred back to Cebu City and enrolled myself in another university.
Community Outreach Program | Talamban, Cebu City

I went to University of the Visayas and spent my third and fourth year college life. I am more comfortable in this school and I also took Physical Education as my subject of specialization. It was pure fun and less pressure. I never experienced field trips and excursion in Cebu City. During my last semester in college, a community outreach was part of the reuirement for graduating students. So, we went to Talamban where a community of some hearing impaired and had candle making demonstration.
